Jason has worked with Highfield for almost a decade and is the company’s, Chief Executive Officer. Jason is in charge of HABC’s business objectives, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as financial, strategic, and legal management.

Jason’s leadership, concentration, and vision have guided Highfield e-learning through a period of tremendous development and investment since its inception in 2010.
Jason reports to the Executive Board and is responsible for assisting to achieve Highfield e-customer-focused learning’s strategy by ensuring that the company adheres to high customer service, business ethics, and best practices in the e-learning market.
The Highfield Group (“the Group”) includes Highfield e-learning. The company works in 120 countries and has a customer base of over 15,000 people. The Group employs around 250 people at its head office in Heavens Walk, Doncaster, and has expanded into a number of additional locations throughout Yorkshire and the Middle East.

Customer service, health, and safety, first aid, licensing, security, stewarding, retail, logistics, catering, and hospitality are among the qualifications and apprenticeships training support goods we offer.
Jason reports to the board of directors and is responsible for guiding Highfield’s strategic vision and values, as well as assisting in the delivery of our customer-focused services.

Jason is Highfield’s designated Responsible Officer and Accountable Officer, and he is responsible for ensuring that the company’s high standards of business ethics and regulatory compliance are maintained.
Jason is a lawyer who works in the legal field. Jason had a successful career as a senior solicitor at a renowned multinational law company before joining HABC.
Jason can be found in the gym or being a little too vocal at his children’s football, rugby, taekwondo, and hockey games when he’s not at work. Jason is also a governor at a Doncaster independent day school.
